Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients with a positive and professional attitude
Manage client appointments, bookings, and follow-ups
Handle front desk operations, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-ins
Maintain client records, update CRM/software, and ensure timely reminders
Coordinate with slimming consultants, therapists, and clinic staff
Handle billing, cash management, and daily reporting
Assist in client queries, service explanations, and program follow-ups
Ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly reception area
Support administrative tasks such as documentation, inventory tracking, and data entry
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
Any degree / diploma
0-3 years of experience in front office, customer service, clinic reception, or hospitality
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
