Shanvia Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional, well-groomed, and courteous Receptionist to manage the front desk operations at our corporate office. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees and will play a key role in maintaining a positive and organized workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and deliveries
Manage front desk emails and correspondence
Coordinate with HR for interviews, meetings, and onboarding activities
Schedule meeting rooms and manage appointments
Maintain front desk discipline, cleanliness, and office decorum
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Only for female candidate
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
Prior experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive (IT corporate environment preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi and local language are an added advantage)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
