We are looking for a pleasant and well-spoken Female Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities and provide administrative support at our office in Joka. The ideal candidate should be professional, organized, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain visitor records and manage appointments
Provide basic information about the company/services
Handle courier, mail, and office coordination
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
Prior experience as a receptionist is an advantage
Working Hours:
10am-7pm, Monday-Saturday, Full-time (Details to be discussed during interview)
