We are seeking a highly motivated, friendly, and professional
Female Receptionist
to be the welcoming face and organizational anchor of our gym. This pivotal role involves managing the front desk, ensuring the gym floor maintains our high standards, and proactively assisting members with their accounts and package upgrades. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for customer service and fitness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Client Management
Greet all members, guests, and visitors with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
Manage member check-ins, verify memberships, and handle guest registrations.
Answer phones, respond to emails, and address general inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Process point-of-sale transactions for merchandise, supplements, and new memberships.
Maintain an organized and clean reception area and front office.
2. Package Upgrades & Sales Support
Proactively identify opportunities for
client package upgradation
, including personal training sessions, premium memberships, and specialised classes.
Educate members on the benefits of different service offerings and packages.
Maintain accurate records of client contracts, expiration dates, and account status.
Assist the sales team by scheduling tours and follow-up calls for prospective members.
3. Gym Floor Maintenance & Operations Support
Conduct regular visual sweeps of the gym floor to ensure a high standard of
floor maintenance
.
Promptly report any faulty equipment, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate staff.
Ensure weights and accessories are properly racked and stored throughout the facility.
Monitor and replenish essential gym supplies, such as cleaning materials, towels, and water cooler stock.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in a customer service, administrative, or receptionist role (experience in a gym or fitness environment is a strong asset).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in [

Proficiency with basic computer software (MS Office, CRM, or membership management systems).
