Handle room bookings, cancellations, and reservations
Answer phone calls and emails promptly with courtesy and professionalism
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs
Maintain guest records, billing information, and payments accurately
Address guest complaints or requests and escalate when necessary
Uphold the resort's image through excellent communication and grooming standards
