Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, polite, and organized
Receptionist
to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a positive and professional company image.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain visitor records and manage the front desk area.
Coordinate with different departments for daily administrative support.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and assist in basic office management tasks.
Manage courier deliveries, incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
Assist in basic documentation, billing, and filing tasks when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate
(any stream).
Good communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Bengali
.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling).
Pleasant personality, polite and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Previous experience in reception or front office work (preferred but not mandatory).
