Receptionist
to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain visitor records and manage appointments
Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks
Coordinate with different departments as needed
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass) or Graduate
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
