Job Summary
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the reception area.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Handle visitor entries, issue visitor passes, and maintain records
Coordinate appointments and maintain meeting room schedules
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
Provide basic information to clients, guests, and employees
Uphold company security and confidentiality policies
Telecalling for clients followups.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred (or minimum H.S. pass depending on company policy)
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Must be fleunt in Benali, Hindi and English.
