Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and greet visitors with professionalism and warmth
2. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area
4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
5. Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry
6. Handle general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
7. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
8. Provide support to other departments as needed
