Key Responsibilities:

Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately

Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals

Maintain security and telecommunication systems

Respond to inquiries or refer them to appropriate departments

Manage employee and department directories

Operate phone systems as per instructions

Ensure reception area cleanliness and compliance with procedures

Document and communicate actions and irregularities to ensure work continuity
