Greet customers politely and professionally upon arrival.
Listen to customer concerns, record complaints/requests, and open job cards accurately.
Provide correct service information, estimated time, and cost details.
Maintain good customer relations and ensure high satisfaction.
Service Coordination
Schedule service appointments and follow up with reminders.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Spare Parts departments.
Update customers about job progress, delays, or additional work required.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service.
Documentation & Records
Maintain customer service history and update the DMS (Dealer Management System).
Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and other service-related documents.
File and manage service records as per Hyundai guidelines.
Communication & Support
Answer incoming calls and respond to service inquiries.
Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager.
General Administration
Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
Monitor customer waiting area and ensure comfort.
Support Service Advisors and Managers in daily dealership operations.
