Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Handle visitor inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintain visitor logs and staff attendance records.
Coordinate with HR and Admin departments for general office support.
Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Support internal communication and office coordination activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
2-4 years of experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
