Job Role

A Wedding Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of wedding events -- from concept to completion -- ensuring a memorable and flawless celebration.

Qualifications

Graduate in

Hospitality Management / Event Management / Tourism / Mass Communication

or equivalent. Diploma or certification in

Event Planning

(preferred). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Canva, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business).

Experience

Minimum

1-2 years

experience in event or wedding planning (freshers with strong passion may also apply). Experience in

client communication

,

vendor management

, and

event coordination

preferred.

Skills Required

Excellent

communication & interpersonal skills

(English & Hindi). Strong

organizational

and

time-management

abilities. Creative thinking for

theme design, decor ideas, and event flow

. Ability to handle

pressure and last-minute changes

. Team leadership and negotiation skills.

10,000 - 15,000 per month (depending on experience & event involvement)
