Female Receptionist
to manage front desk operations and create a positive first impression for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department
Manage front desk and reception area
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Handle courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing mail
Assist with basic office coordination and administrative tasks
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Required Skills & Qualifications
Female candidate
Pleasant personality with
presentable and well-groomed appearance
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Experience as receptionist or front office executive is an advantage
Working Hours
Full-time (details to be discussed during interview)

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
