Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
Handle basic administrative tasks such as emails, scheduling, and filing
Coordinate with staff and assist with office support duties
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
