Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers at the reception desk
Attend to client inquiries and explain cafe and gaming packages clearly
Promote and
sell packages and memberships
to walk-in customers
Handle bookings, entries, and basic billing at the reception
Lead and coordinate a
team of 10 staff members
Ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk
Handle customer concerns confidently and professionally
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a positive atmosphere at reception
Coordinate with management for staff scheduling and operations
Requirements & Qualifications
Female candidate preferred
Minimum
2 years of relevant experience
as a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
Experience in
customer handling and package sales
Ability to
communicate confidently in English
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
