Eye Mantra Hospital is a leading eye-care institution dedicated to providing world-class ophthalmology services. We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and support patient flow efficiently.
Role Overview
As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will be patient-friendly, organized, and capable of handling front office and administrative tasks with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet patients and visitors warmly.
Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
Answer and route phone calls; respond to patient inquiries.
Maintain and update patient records in the hospital management system.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinical staff for smooth patient flow.
Handle billing inquiries and coordinate with the accounts team.
Manage front-desk cleanliness and ensure it remains presentable.
Handle courier services and basic administrative tasks.
Guide patients regarding procedures, waiting areas, and documentation.
Requirements:
Experience as a receptionist/front desk executive in a hospital or clinic preferred.
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic knowledge of hospital/clinic management systems (preferred).
Pleasant personality and patient-centric approach.
Good multitasking and organizational skills.
Familiarity with MS Office is an advantage.
Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with experience in healthcare.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (as per hospital schedule)
