Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors professionally
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries about hall availability, pricing, and services
Maintain booking registers, client databases, and event schedules
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for upcoming events
Keep the reception area neat, organised, and guest-ready at all times
Requirements:
Only experienced candidates (banquet hall/hospitality/event venue experience preferred)
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Good computer skills (MS Excel/Word, basic data entry)
Well-groomed, punctual, and organised
