We are looking for a polite, well-organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have basic administrative skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to handle visitors and phone calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain visitor logs and employee attendance registers
Handle daily incoming and outgoing couriers
Manage front desk cleanliness.
Provide basic administrative support to HR and management
Maintain records, files, and documents as required
Address customer and visitor queries promptly
Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Education:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream
