Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries professionally and direct them to the concerned team.
Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and aligned with the brand's image.
Manage visitor records, appointment scheduling, and client follow-ups.
Provide basic information about Nilansh Celeste projects, pricing, and amenities to walk-in clients.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for client meetings, site visits, and documentation.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and support daily administrative operations.
Handle customer queries with courtesy and ensure smooth communication flow within the office.
Eligibility:
Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Any Stream).
Experience: 1-3 years preferred in front desk, hospitality, or real estate reception roles.
Good communication skills in
English and Hindi
are a must.
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude and customer service approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email handling).
Ability to handle clients confidently and coordinate with the sales team effectively.
Female Candidates from Lucknow will be preferred.
