We are looking for a dynamic, well-spoken, and tech-savvy Front Desk Executive / Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our organization. The ideal candidate will be confident, courteous, and capable of managing client interactions efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
Handle telephonic counseling and provide information to clients.
Maintain records, visitor logs, and appointment systems accurately.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments for smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or in a similar client-facing role.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, email, appointment systems).
Smart, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule: Full-time: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
