We are looking for a Front Office Associate to manage our front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills and a proactive approach to customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
: Manage daily front office activities, including greeting and directing clients, managing mail, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
Scheduling & Coordination
: With the director, schedule and organize appointments and calls for customers, clients, and associates, ensuring smooth communication flow.
Customer Interaction
: Welcome, greet, and attend to clients, customers, and associates upon arrival, offering a warm and professional first impression.
Hospitality Coordination
: Coordinate with kitchen staff to offer clients and guests water, coffee, or other refreshments.
Customer Relationship Management
: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism.
Office Support
: Assist in administrative tasks as needed and collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient front office operation.
Qualifications:
Experience
: Prior experience as a front desk associate, receptionist, or similar role in real estate or customer-facing roles is preferred.
Skills
: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude.
Technical
: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with scheduling software.
Personality
: Friendly, approachable, and attentive to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Salary: Rs. 10,000- 14,000 per month In-hand
