Role Overview:
As the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and clients at the corporate office, the Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment, and providing efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a positive and professional attitude
Manage the front desk: handle calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and interviews
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and packages
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR/Admin team

Education:
Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
1-3 years in a front office/receptionist role (preferably in corporate or hospital setting)
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi
Computer Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, email, and appointment/calendar tools
Appearance:
Well-groomed and professionally dressed with a pleasant personality
