Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff courteously.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain visitor records, attendance registers, and appointment schedules.
Manage front office cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document management, and correspondence.
Coordinate with other departments as needed.
Handle courier dispatch and receipt.
Assist in basic accounting or billing entries (if required).
Operate office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
Experience:
0-3 years in front office, receptionist, or administrative role.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Basic knowledge of
email handling, internet browsing, and data entry

Communication Skills:
Good verbal and written communication in
English and Hindi
