About the Role:



We are seeking a

professional and courteous Receptionist

to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for visitors, the ideal candidate should have a

pleasant personality

, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally Maintain a tidy and organized reception area Provide basic and accurate information to visitors and clients Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling Coordinate with internal departments as needed Assist in handling office supplies and inventory management Ensure compliance with security protocols and visitor sign-in procedures

Key Requirements:



High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (preferred) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional attitude and appearance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Customer service attitude Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
