to be the first point of contact for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, managing the front desk, and performing a variety of administrative tasks that support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and couriers.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
Coordinate with internal departments for various administrative needs.
Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Ensure the front desk is covered during working hours.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
