Greet and welcome walk-in customers and visitors at the showroom in a polite and professional manner.
Guide customers to the right department (Sales, Service, Finance, Accessories, etc.).
Handle incoming calls, provide accurate information, and connect to concerned departments.
Maintain the customer waiting area to ensure a pleasant experience.
Register customer inquiries, complaints, or service requests and escalate to the concerned team.
Assist with booking service appointments and test rides.
Manage front office documentation such as visitor logs, customer entry forms, and inquiry sheets.
Support the sales and service team with basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, follow-ups).
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt assistance and maintaining a helpful attitude.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate
1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Office Executive (automobile industry experience preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Strong communication skills in English and local language.
