Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, posts).
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare for client visits.
Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling.
Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative needs.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or graduate degree (Bachelor's preferred).
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
