Coordinate with internal teams to assist visitors or direct deliveries appropriately.
Manage front desk supplies and keep track of inventory.
Handle basic administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (spoken and written).
Calm, composed, and well-mannered personality.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (phone systems, printers, etc.)
Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk executive is a plus.
