We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Manage scheduling and appointments for office meetings and events.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Ensure that office supplies are stocked and order replacements as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus).
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
