Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and forward incoming phone calls to appropriate departments
Keep the reception area neat and organized
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes
Schedule appointments and assist with meeting room coordination
Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Respond to client and customer queries politely
Coordinate with internal teams to support office needs
Ensure a professional and helpful presence at the front desk
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Well-groomed with a positive attitude
Ability to multitask and remain calm in busy situations
Working Hours:
Full-Time (6 days a week)
Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
