We are seeking a well-presented, polite, and organized
Female Receptionist
to manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle administrative support, coordinate visitors, and assist in basic office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally.
Answer incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries.
Manage the front desk and keep the reception area clean and organized.
Schedule meetings and assist the team in coordinating appointments.
Maintain visitor records, daily registers, and front desk logs.
Assist in basic administrative tasks like filing, printing, and scanning.
Handle courier dispatch, document tracking, and follow-ups.
Operate basic tools like WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and CRM (training will be provided).
Coordinate with the sales or technical team during client visits.
Requirements:
Only female candidates
, preferably aged between 18 to 30 years.
Minimum qualification:
12th pass or Graduate
.
Good communication skills in
Hindi
(basic English is a plus).
Well-groomed, polite, and professional attitude.
Basic knowledge of computers and mobile apps (e.g., WhatsApp Web, Google Docs, etc.).
Punctual, disciplined, and friendly behavior.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Previous experience in front office or receptionist role.
Exposure to fintech or software company environment will be an added advantage.
Office Timings:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
