Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Handle basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Assist colleagues with various administrative support tasks.
Ensure security procedures are followed for guest check-in and visitor logs.
