We are seeking a well-groomed, professional, and courteous
female receptionist
to join our HVAC manufacturing company based in Noida. The ideal candidate should have
6 months to 1 year of experience
, be fluent in
Hindi and English
, and be capable of handling all front desk responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls: answer, screen, and forward appropriately.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and waiting area.
Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
Assist with basic administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
Coordinate with internal departments for front-desk-related activities.
Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings as directed.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
6 months to 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi and English
.
Presentable and well-groomed appearance with a pleasant personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal skills, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
