Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.

Administrative Support
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain office records and filing systems (physical and digital).

Customer Service
Provide accurate information to inquiries, in person or by phone/email.
Address customer complaints or issues, and escalate as needed.
4.
Office Coordination
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., HR, IT, Facilities).
Assist with office events or meetings (e.g., booking rooms, preparing materials).
5.
Security and Access Control
Monitor visitor access and issue visitor passes or badges.
Ensure adherence to company security protocols.
