managing phone calls, emails, and messages

schedule meetings, maintain office calendars, and handle visitor coordination

Primary Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression

Manage all

incoming calls, emails, and messages

, and direct them appropriately

Maintain a clean and organized

reception area

and handle incoming/outgoing courier dispatches

Schedule meetings and appointments

, prepare meeting spaces, and coordinate with team members

Maintain

visitor records, attendance logs, and basic filing systems



Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff

Monitor office supplies and assist in ordering or restocking as needed

Prepare daily task reports and ensure timely completion of assigned work
