Receptionist

to manage front desk responsibilities and provide administrative support. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner Handle incoming and outgoing calls Manage front desk operations and visitor records Receive, sort, and distribute mails/couriers Maintain appointment schedules and meeting rooms Assist with basic administrative and office tasks Coordinate with internal departments when required Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area

Required Skills:



Good verbal and written communication skills Pleasant personality and professional appearance Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email) Good organizational and multitasking abilities Customer-handling skills

Qualification:



Any graduate / Intermediate (or equivalent) Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
