Visitor Management:Greet, welcome, and direct visitors, ensuring they are directed to the right person or department.
Communication Hub:Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages and provide basic information.
Scheduling:Manage appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.
Mail & Deliveries:Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, sorting and distributing them.
Administrative Support:Perform clerical duties like data entry, filing, photocopying, and drafting documents.
Office Upkeep:Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable, and manage office supply inventory.
