Receptionist
to manage front desk operations and provide an excellent first impression to students and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents professionally
Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and redirect to the concerned departments
Maintain visitor logs, student registers, and front office records
Handle walk-in inquiries and provide basic course information
Support administrative tasks and coordination with staff
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Assist with scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups
Receive and manage courier/parcel entries
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in reception/front desk/customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, polite, and confident personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, Excel)
Ability to multitask and manage front desk independently
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary
