Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Maintain visitor records and manage front desk operations.
Coordinate courier, postal, and office communication.
Support administrative tasks and assist HR or Admin when required.
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
Manage meeting room schedules and refreshments for guests.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Administration preferred).
Preferred Female Candidates.
1-3 years of experience in front office or receptionist role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable, polite, and well-organized.
