Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments and manage calendars for medical staff Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately Verify insurance information and collect co-pays Maintain accurate patient records and update databases Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning
