Female Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers with inquiries about our premium mattresses.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Schedule appointments and manage the front desk operations.
Maintain records of customer visits and inquiries.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing emails.
Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Keep the reception area neat, organized, and presentable.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Professional appearance and a pleasant demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
