Greet and welcome guests
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to concerned department or keep messages
Receive Couriers & handover it to concerned department
Despatch Couriers (letters, packages etc)
Check, sort and forward emails regarding any queries to concerned employee
Keep updated records and files
Take up other duties as assigned
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as front desk representative
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
Knowledge of office management
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
