We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, manage front desk activities, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and emailing
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (brochures, forms, etc.)
Order front office supplies and keep inventory
Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional attitude and appearance
Customer service attitude
Preferred Skills:
Experience with office equipment like printers, fax machines, and phone systems
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
