As a Greeter, you will initiate the process on building a genuine relationship with the Client/Customer's by determining their needs and offering direction to appropriate employees and/or departments. The greeter is a client's first point of contact within the showroom and sets the tone for the client's experience while they are with us. The ideal Greeter will manifest the ValueLine Promise to build a genuine relationship and cherish the Client's time spent at the showroom.

Roles &Responsibilities



Welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the front-office Drive visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and e-mails, both internal and external
Ensure reception area and meeting areas are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/e-mail to all the clients, both internal and external Order front office supplies and monitor inventory of stock, keeping records of expenses and costs. Manage calendars and schedule meetings, when required. Give support during events, meetings and other initiatives. Work directly with the general services staff in order to guarantee the best service standards, in line with Company expectations. Create and share daily sales reports, software data entry and monthly reports. Ensure cleanliness of showroom (all floors) instructing office boys and housekeeping staff. Work with the security team to ensure the timely locking and opening of the showroom.

Personal Profile



Willing to work in and promote a team-oriented environment. Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management and staff. Consistently show a positive attitude & take responsibility for own actions. Must be results driven and flexible to change
High School graduate or equivalent with knowledge of Ms Office

One year office support experience.

Good communication in English, Hindi & Telugu (preferable).

Knowledge of office practices and procedures including office protocol and various filing procedures.

Good oral communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read, write, and follow directions.
