Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain visitor entry register and issue visitor passes
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and mails
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Assist employees with basic administrative support
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Coordinate with security and other departments as required
Handle basic inquiries and direct them to the concerned team
Support HR/Admin team in day-to-day activities
Experience - 1 or 2 years
