We are looking for a warm, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our wellness clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant attitude, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients and manage check-in/check-out procedures Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support staff for smooth operations Handle billing, invoices, and basic payment processing Provide information on treatments, services, and ongoing offers Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a premium client experience Assist with daily administrative tasks and follow clinic protocols

Skills & Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills Pleasant, professional appearance and attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic knowledge of computer systems (MS Office) and booking software Ability to remain calm and courteous in busy environments
