The Receptionist at Ramani Volkswagen is the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom. The role focuses on welcoming customers, handling calls, and supporting showroom operations to ensure a positive and professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the relevant departments
Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area
Assist customers with basic inquiries related to sales and service
Coordinate with sales executives and service advisors
Schedule and manage appointments when required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office
Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Follow company policies and maintain Volkswagen service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Diploma / Graduate
Freshers are welcome; prior experience is an added advantage
Good communication skills in English and local language
Friendly attitude with a customer-service mindset
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
Willingness to learn and ability to multitask
