Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist cum HR to join our team. This dual-role position requires a professional who can efficiently manage front desk operations while supporting HR functions. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.

HR Duties:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of HR procedures and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
