Job Description

Customer Greeting & Assistance:

Welcome all customers warmly and professionally. Direct customers to the appropriate salesperson or section (gold, silver, diamond, etc.). Offer water, Tea, Coffee , Cooldrinks to the Customer Manage walk-in customers. Maintain a customer waiting list during busy hours.

Sales Support:

Inform customers about promotions, offers, or new collections. Assist in billing processes if required . Maintain daily visitor logbook. Ensure customers are not carrying bags inside the display areas (as per store policy).

Cleanliness & Ambience Check:

Ensure the reception area is clean, neat, and welcoming at all times. Monitor that display lights, AC, and seating are in good condition.

Communication & Coordination:

Coordinate with the sales, security and billing teams. Relay customer requests or complaints to the manager.

Skills Required:

Good communication Basic computer knowledge Polite and professional behavior. Trustworthiness (especially in a gold/silver environment). Well-groomed and presentable.
